  21. A pre-installed version of ArtWorks has not been included because ArtWorks
  22. requires your !System directory to be changed before you can use it. To
  23. install a copy of ArtWorks from this CD onto your hard disc run !Installer.
  24. !Installer can also update an existing version of ArtWorks.

  26. It is strongly recommended that you copy applications from this directory,
  27. if they are to be used regularly, onto a hard drive or network drive. This
  28. will allow the applications to load, and in some cases run, faster.

  30. The !Portfolio thumbnail pictures are designed to look best in 256 colour
  31. modes. Under RISC OS 3 they will appear in other modes, under RISC OS 2 they
  32. will only be visible in 256 colour modes.

  34. It is necessary to have an outline font manager installed on your machine in
  35. order to run !AWViewer.
